Our published turnkey rates are ₹2200 / sq.ft for the General package and ₹2400 / sq.ft for the Premium package. Your final cost depends on the built-up area, number of floors, elevation design, soil conditions and items outside the package, such as a compound wall, sump or interiors. Depending on where your plot is, building plan approval comes from CMDA, DTCP or the local body. We support you with the drawings and documentation needed for the application. As stated in our package specifications, the approval of plan and the related charges remain in the client scope.

General package: 53 grade cement from Ramco, Birla, Bharathi or Penna, ISI-marked TMT steel, Anchor or Orbit wiring, Anchor or equivalent modular switches, ISI 1st quality concealed plumbing and sanitary lines, and Hindware or Cera accessories.
